The Black & White employee of the month for January is Support Worker Aisha Kelly.

“Aisha started off doing sleep-ins for us at Black and White, and with guidance, training and encouragement she has developed into an outstanding Support Worker that goes above and beyond for those she supports and also for the company.

“Aisha ensures to help with cover and is always an active presence when on shift, we are all very proud of what Aisha has achieved and this is a well deserved employee of the month award.”
